About Abarth

Italo-Austrian Carlo Abarth established Abarth & C. S.p.A., an Italian manufacturer of racing and road cars, and a performance division in 1949. The company's logo features a stylized scorpion on a yellow and red background and is currently owned by Stellantis through its Italian subsidiary.  Before launching his own company, Carlo Abarth served as the sporting director of the Cisitalia racing team from 1947. However, the team folded the following year, and its founder Piero Dusio relocated to Argentina.
