Alfa Romeo Automobiles S.p.A. is a luxury car manufacturer based in Italy and a subsidiary of Stellantis. The company was originally established as A.L.F.A. (Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili) on June 24, 1910, in Milan, Italy. Alfa Romeo has a reputation for producing sports-oriented vehicles and has been actively involved in car racing since 1911.  The brand was previously owned by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, which took over the production of Alfa Romeo cars until their operations were fully merged with those of PSA Group to create Stellantis on January 16, 2021.
