About Bangladesh National Cricket Team
The men’s national cricket team of Bangladesh and is under the administration of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). As a Full Member of the International Cricket Council (ICC), Bangladesh holds Test, One-Day International (ODI), and T20 International (T20I) status.
The team made its Test debut in November 2000 against India, facing a 9-wicket loss in Dhaka, thus becoming the tenth Test-playing nation. Bangladesh initially became an associate member of the ICC in 1977, and has participated in six ICC Trophies, which is the primary ODI competition for non-Test playing nations.
