About CBeebies
CBeebies is a brand that is used by BBC for a collection of programming blocks and TV networks. It is basically for kids (preschoolers). CBeebies shows kids content aged from 2 to 6 years. It has a sister channel named CBBC and it shows kids content aged from 7 to 18 years. This channel can be seen in different parts of the world.
CBeebies was a spin-off from BBC’s Children’s Television strand and CBBC Channel was launched with it in February 2002. The first 4 shows that it aired were Pingu, Step Inside, Binka and Teletubbies.

The show broadcasts for 1 hour from 6 pm to 7 pm all 7 days a week. The international broadcasting of CBeebies is controlled by BBC Studios. CBeebies changed their logo twice in the following years.

The show broadcasted its first show in South Korea in 2015 and in 2017. CBeebies was aired in 18 different countries. It was also launched in Turkey in 2018. It was launched in Australia in 2019. After it was discontinued, it was relaunched in India in 2020. CBeebies is operated by BBC North and BBC Children’s and Education. CBeebies changed their logos in the following ways.
2002
This year, the logo is the name. CBeebies is written in a bubbly style in yellow color and has a black outline. The letters Bs and Es have purple filling in the spaces. Below it, there is the BBC logo.
2022
This year, everything is the same except the BBC logo is now on top of the CBeebies. The tip of the small case letter B is touching the last block of BBC’s logo.
