About Danville Braves
The Danville Braves, a former Minor League Baseball team, once called Danville, Virginia, their home. Competing in the Appalachian League as an Advanced Rookie-level team, they were affiliated with the Atlanta Braves.
The Braves played their home games at American Legion Post 325 Field, which opened in 1993 and had a seating capacity of 2,588. Prior to their tenure in Danville, the team played at Calfee Park in Pulaski, Virginia.
