It was founded in 1951 by Ronkhausen. Its headquarters is in Finnentrop, North Rhine Westphalia, Germany. Its key people are Jurgen Schulte and Markus Simon. It employs 350 people. Chassis manufacturing started in 1975. In 2009, the company generated a profit of 60 million euros and its headquarters is a 10,000 square meter production plant.
