The company bought Towers and Transformers LTD in Delhi in 1983 and started the manufacturing and developing of transformers, capacitors, and induction motors. In this year, the logo had a red triangle. The bottom of the triangle had thick red layer and Havell’s is written in white color with all letters capitalized. The center of the triangle has white filling and a letter H in red color.
1997
In this year, the logo has a customized shape in red color that looks like a rounded sphere. Below it, Havells is written in red color with all capitalized letters.
