About Inland Empire 66ers
The Inland Empire 66ers of San Bernardino, a Minor League Baseball team, compete in the California League as the Single-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels. The team is located in San Bernardino, California, and their home games are held at San Manuel Stadium.
The establishment of the 66ers occurred when the Salinas Spurs relocated to San Bernardino and acquired the name of the San Bernardino Spirit from the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, who had recently departed.
Shortly after, the team was purchased by Elmore Sports Group. Initially, they played their games at Fiscalini Field until 1996 when they relocated to San Bernardino Stadium, affectionately known as “The Ranch,” aligning with their new name, the San Bernardino Stampede.
