About Kool Aid
Kool Aid written as Kool-Aid is a brand of flavored drink mix. It is an American-based company located in Chicago and was first created in 1927 by Edwin Perkins and was known as the first powder drink. It is formulated with the liquid concentrate of fruits and was also based on Fruit Smack.
This is now owned by Kraft Heinz. It was first introduced in Hastings, Nebraska. Edwin did all kinds of experiments for making Kool Aid in his mother’s kitchen. Edwin discovered a way to remove liquid and only be left with powder from Fruit Smack and it was then he named it Kool Aid.
