About Lancaster Jethawks

The baseball team known as the Lancaster JetHawks was situated in Lancaster, California. Their name paid tribute to the city's strong ties to the aerospace industry, and they held their home games at a venue called The Hangar. From 1996 to 2020, the JetHawks were part of Minor League Baseball's California League, which served as a Class A-Advanced league affiliated with Major League Baseball (MLB). However, following MLB's restructuring of the minor leagues after the 2020 season, Lancaster did not receive a continuation in affiliated baseball and subsequently disbanded.
