It is an American company that gives the services of retirement services, employee benefits, risk management and provides insurance and it is known as the world’s largest private insurance and brokerage firm. It was founded in 1966 by Jack Lockton and its headquarters is in Kansas City.
Lockton has more than 100 offices and branches in 125 countries. Its chairman is Ron Lockton and as of 2021, the company generated 2 billion dollars from worldwide offices and branches combined. It has almost 9000 employees working in the United States.
Meaning and History of Lockton Logo
Lockton founded this company when he was just 24 years of age; after graduating from the University of Missouri Kansas City with a degree in Economics in 1964. While working on setting up his company, Lockton worked as an underwriter in a surety bonding company where he wrote contracts. The company changed its logo two times in the following years.

This year, there is a black background and there is a white icon of world and below it, Lockton is written in white in upper case letters. Below it, there is a light blue line and below it, uncommonly independent is written in white and the letters are capitalized.
2000
This year, the company simplified the logo. Now there is a white background and there is a black world icon. The center of the icon has a line bolded and it seems like L. Below the icon, Lockton is also written in black and the letters are capitalized.
