About PSL 2024 Logo

PSL (Pakistan Super League) 2024 is also known as HBL PSL. This will be the 9^th season of the sports. PSL was established by PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) in 2015. This was a franchise of Twenty20 cricket league. PSL is played by 6 teams in a page playoff system and double round robin. This season will take place in 4 different cities in Pakistan from February 17^th to March 18^th 2024.

PCB planned to add 2 more teams in the league and get the tournament played in the UAE. But the franchise owner refused this idea due to Pakistan’s General Election in 2024. The matches are taking place in Multan, Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Karachi.

Meaning and History of PSL 2024 Logo

The PSL was founded in 2015 by PCB. Ex-Pakistani national team cricket captains Rameez Raja and Wasim Akram signed a contract to become brand ambassadors and promoters of the league for 3 years. Each year, PSL has a new logo and this year the logo is somewhat similar to the last one.

Evolution of PSL 2024 Logo

PSL teams are owned independently but these are owned by individual investors. PSL officially started on February 4^th, 2016. The inauguration opening ceremony was done in the UAE Sports Minister Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan.

Building of PSL 2024 Logo

The PSL 2024 logo was launched on December 8^th, 2023. The song (anthem) for PSL 2024 was “Khul K Khel” and it featured Aima Baig and Ali Zafar.
