Spongebob Squarepants is an American animated TV series. It was created by an animator named Stephen Hillenburg and a marine science educator. The show was aired on Nickelodeon in 1999. The genre is surreal comedy and it was developed by Nicholas R. Jennings, Tim Hill, and Derek Drymon. From 1999 to 2004, its creative director was Derek Drymon and from 2005 to 2015, Vincent Waller took the role.
It has 14 seasons and a total of 299 episodes. The story is about Spongebob and his aquatic creature friends who live in the underwater city named Bikini Bottom. As of 2019, this is the first and fifth longest-running animated TV series in America.

1996
This logo is completely black and white. It has the name of the character “SpongeBoy” The letters are white in color with a black outline and have black dots on them. Below it, Ahoy is written in black color and there is a black exclamation mark beside it. Above the word SpongeBoy, there are black and white dots that represent water drops and the dots that we usually see on the sponge. The word Ahoy is written in a customized GoodDog New Regular font. The word sponge is a completely customized font.
1997
This logo is the name of the TV series. Spongebob is written on top of Squarepants. All the letters are capitalized and are in brown color and have a black outline. The font used to design the logo is called Krabby Patty.
1999
In this logo, there is a water splash in a blue color. The bottom of the water splash has a black outline and the top one has a blue outline. There is a character of Spongebob in yellow color with a blue outline. This character is placed in the water splash. There are two flowers on top and bottom of the water splash. Spongebob is written in pink color with a blue outline and below it, there is a dark blue rectangle and Squarepants is written in pink color. The font is the same.
2016
This logo is almost the same. The only difference is that the flower in the bottom of the water splash is gone and the black outline from the bottom is also gone.
