Terex or Terex Corporations is an American worldwide manufacturing company of lifting and material-handling plant for different types of industries which includes utilities, refining, transportation, shipping, mining, energy, recycling, quarrying, infrastructure and construction. It was founded in 1933 and its headquarters is in Norwalk, Connecticut, United States.
It was founded by George Armington. Its current CEO and President is John L. Garrison Jr. In 2021, the company made a revenue of 3.89 billion dollars. It has 8600 employees. The company’s main business segments include container-port cranes, road paving machines, bulk material hauling machine, construction cranes, and aerial work platforms

On the left side of the rectangle, TEREX is written in black with white background and a red crown is placed over it. On the right side of the rectangle, GM is written with an underline in white with red background.

In this year, the rectangle division is the same but the crown in now green and, on the right side of the rectangle, IBH is written in a rhomb.

In this year, the crown is now red again and is in a rectangle and outside the rectangle to the right, TEREX is written.
