This is the FPV logo. The logo has a 2 nested oval. The first layer is dark grey with black outline and inline. The second is a grey, blue, and white color filling. These color combinations are designed to make an eagle’s or a falcon’s head facing left. Inside at the bottom left side of the oval is the name of the company designed in blue with all uppercase letters using customized Bauhaus 93 font type. The eagle/falcon is mainly designed in grey on blue part.

Ford Performance Vehicles was an automobile manufacturing company in Australia that was founded in 2002, it was headquartered in Melbourne, and was closed in 2014. The company was a subdivision of Ford. FPV can be traced back to 1991 when Tickford (automobile engineering company) and Ford joined hands to manufacture performance vehicles. The first models of the company were Ford Falcon S-XR8 and Ford Falcon S-XR6. Tickford was acquired by Prodrive in 2002. The company started kicking off the automotive market after launching the F6 Typhoon (a sedan). It got popular due to its durability and affordability. FPV also invested in Concept Cars which included FPV Fairlane, FPV Galaxie 540, Territory P-SUV, FPV GT Black Edition, and FLPV. Some of the models were displayed at the 2011 Melbourne Motor Show. The company never bothered much about marketing as it saw itself a part of Ford and Prodrive and thought what could go wrong. This impacted the sales and the company had to shut down in 2014.
