It sells and buys vehicles under different names like Hycan, Everus, Hino, Aion, and Trumpchi. The company joined hands with different automotive giants and its sells vehicles under GAC Mitsubishi, GAC Honda, and GAC Toyota. GAC became the 4th largest plug-in electric vehicle manufacturer in China selling 123,660 units and sold more than 400,000 EV units in December 2022. In 2005, GAC was able to buy Changfeng’s 29% shares and completely acquired the company in 2011.
