Ginetta Cars Limited is a sports and racing car manufacturing company in the UK which was founded in 1958 by the Walklett brothers: Douglas, Trevers, Ivor, and Bob. The company is headquartered in West Yorkshire and its current Chairman is Lawrence Yorkshire. The brothers had expertise in different fields; Trevers was the stylist of vehicles, Ivor was the designer, Douglas did the electrical and mechanical work, and Bob was the managing director. In 1989, the brothers sold the company to an international company and retired. The company was sold due to lack of sales but after the acquisition, Ginetta launched two car models; Ginetta G33 and Ginetta G20. In 2005, the company was again sold to LNT Automotive owned by the current Chairman of Ginetta. Ginetta was able to acquire Farbio, a car manufacturing company and rebranded their cars with Ginetta F400.
