This is the second logo Hudson. The logo has a black circle with white color fill. The name of the company is placed inside the top of the circle. The letters H and N are crossing the outline of the circle. The letters are designed using customized Calibri Body Bold font type in white with black outline. Below it is an upside down triangle with a pointy top. This is a 3 nested triangle; the first layers are in black color with white equal spacing. The last layer is divided into 4 parts; the top left part has black color fill and has a white sailboat. The top left part is in white with a black watch tower. The bottom left is in white with two black watch towers designed vertically. The bottom right part is in black color with 2 sailboats designed vertically. This is the current logo of Hudson. The logo looks like a shape of a headstone with soft and curved edges. This shape has a greenish brown outline and has dark pink color fill. Inside at the top of the shape are two grey watch towers on each side of and just beneath these shapes are two sailboats designed in grey color. The letters H, U, and D are designed below the left sailboat and the letters S, O, and N are designed below the right sailboat. These letters are designed using the same font type as used in the 1938 Hudson logo. The upside down triangle from the 1938 Hudson logo is now in grey color designed in the center of the headstone shape. Only this time, it has two parts in white color.
